In addition to these inspired creations, Exotic Fragrances also offers original fragrances developed in-house, which are proprietary to us and marketed under our own unique names.

2. First Order Policy
• First-time customers: Orders must be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment card.
• To ship to a different address on your first order, payment must be made via PayPal or sent to a UPS Store for ID-verified pickup.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

3. Ordering & Payment
• Orders can be placed online 24/7 via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal.
• Orders over $500 or using freight forwarders must be paid via PayPal.
• Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
• We recommend purchasing 1 oz sizes as testers; sample packs are not available.

4. Shipping & Delivery
• Standard UPS Ground delivery: 5–10 business days (excludes weekends/holidays).
• Orders placed after 1 PM EST ship the next business day.
• Multiple-package shipments may incur additional charges.
• International orders: PayPal only. Customer is responsible for customs compliance and fees.
• Exotic Fragrances is not liable for lost/stolen packages if “leave at door” is requested. Signature confirmation is recommended.

5. Returns & Damages
• Return authorization required within 7 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable; no exchanges offered.
• For damaged shipments: Refuse visibly damaged packages. File a claim with UPS immediately and provide us the claim number and photos.

6. Discounts & Promotions
• Valid for online orders only unless otherwise stated.
• Promo codes must be entered at checkout; we cannot apply them afterward.
• Customers with pre-set discounts may not combine additional coupons.

7. Availability & Product Info
• Inventory changes frequently; some items may be discontinued without notice.
• Fragrance oils may stain clothing or furniture.
• Prices and availability subject to change.
