· Only your first order must be a minimum of $30 and shipped to the billing address registered to the credit card used for payment. If you wish to ship your order to a different address, payment must be made through PayPal

  • No cash refunds are available. Merchandise can only be exchanged within seven (7) days of in-store purchase or delivery, after authorization has been granted.

· We recommend ordering 1 oz sizes as sample testers.

  • · Any returns will forfeit shipping and handling charges on charge back.
  • · After the first order, your information will be placed in our database. No private information, email addresses, or phone numbers will be shared with any third party.

· All inquiries regarding the shipment of your package must be texted to 646-642-6684, retail store is unable to assist with this.

· Please do not leave items in your shopping cart for longer than 24 hours. If an item becomes out of stock while in your cart, we will contact you once. If no response is received within 24 hours, your order will be canceled and a 20% restocking fee will be withheld.


  • Online: You can place your order online at any time using your credit card or PayPal.

All online orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Please specify any shipping instructions on the provided field for that. We are not responsible if shipping address provided is wrong or incomplete causing your package to be miss delivered. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.


If you choose to leave your package at the front door or with a neighbor, Exotic Fragrances and the carrier will not be responsible for any lost packages. We require a signature upon delivery, if your arrangements are not to provide one, any disappearance of your package will have to be dealt with carrier

Please be prepared to accept your delivery when it arrives. If the carrier is unable to make delivery for reasons other than our error, you must notify us within five (5) days. If re-shipment is required, you will be billed the shipping charges again. Any adjustments to your delivery after the package leave our premises, it is not Exotic Fragrances responsibility and must be made through UPS My Choice. Any extra charges incurred for the changes must be covered by customer.


Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Any orders placed after 1pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the following business day. Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, including mailed-in money orders. Please allow between 5 to 10 days to receive your order, depending on your location.


All discounts, sales, and promotions are for online orders only unless otherwise stated in the promotional email. A valid email is required to receive our promotions. If you place an order without using the discount code, we won’t be able to alter your order or issue a refund. It is the customers responsibility to enter de code on the correspondent field at the moment of placing the order. Customers with established discounts in their accounts are not eligible to use coupons or additional discounts. Orders placed online for store pickup are not eligible for the discount.


Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. First-time orders or orders over $500.00 will be shipped to the billing address only. Orders mailed in with a personal check or money order will ship after the check has fully cleared (14 days).


Customers are responsible for checking with customs regulations on the receiving end if any ordered items are prohibited or will incur in extra custom charges. If the package is returned to Exotic World of Fragrances, we have the right to credit the funds for the product and withhold shipping and handling fees. No exceptions! If you do not contact Exotic Fragrances within 24 hours of receiving our shipping charges email, we will cancel the order and withhold a 20% restocking fee.

Payment for international orders must be made by Paypal. If shipping charges are not provided at time of placing the order is due to shipping address format and we will reach out with your charges.


If your order is short, notify us immediately upon receipt. Any adjustments made with the carrier must have a claim number assigned for reference. Do not accept a badly damaged package! All orders leave our premises in good condition. Contact UPS immediately at 1-800-742-5877 if damage, spillage, or breakage has occurred, as our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier. You must have a claim number from the carrier. Leaving a package at the front door or unattended at an address voids any claims with Exotic Fragrances. When contacting us with a damage, please provide images of it along with your communication.


Authorization code from Exotic Fragrances must be displayed on returned package. Returns sent without our authorization will be discarded, and no credit will be given. All claims must be made within 7 days upon delivery of your order.


We have a wide inventory of merchandise, and it is impossible to list every item. New items arrive continuously. Stocked and closeout prices are subject to change without notice. All deliveries made to federal and state institutions require special regulations for package delivery, including purchase order forms. It is the customer's or third party’s responsibility to know what is prohibited. Any pre-authorized returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
