Company Policy
MINIMUM ORDER
1st. Shipment must be a minimum of $30.00 (PREPAID BY MONEY ORDER OR CREDIT CARD ONLY) every subsequently order can be received C.O.D. for an extra fee. NO CASH REFUNDS. Merchandise exchanged only within (7) days of purchase after we have granted authorization. We recommend ordering 1 oz sizes as a sample tester. After the first order your information will be placed in our database. No private information, email addresses or phone numbers will be given to any third party.
C.O.D. ORDERS
Our shipping agents will only accept certified checks or money orders. Orders ship within 24-72 hours. (Excluding Holiday and weekends). Note: To qualify for C.O.D. shipping, your 1st order must be prepaid. For shipping and handling fees, on COD orders, including priority service (2nd day, next day and 3rd day), contact customer service.
ORDERING
By Phone - Each time you order, please give your customer code # and Item # for each item being ordered.
By Fax - Download our order form and fax your order to (800) 777-7593.
Online - You can place your order online any time of the day using your credit card, paypal or money order.

For expedited order processing please specify any special instructions in the online order form or fax order form. ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS.
DELIVERIES
Please be prepared to accept your delivery when it arrives. If the carrier is unable to make delivery for any circumstances other than our error, you will be responsible for notifying us within five (5) days and you will bill twice the freight charge if the package is to be re-shipped. If this happens a second time, we will request that all future shipments be prepaid. (COMPANY POLICY!!!!!) Any adjustment(s) made with your carrier DOES NOT cover EXOTIC WORLD OF FRAGRANCE. We inspect all Packages TWICE before being shipped! If you request no signature for your package, it is your sole responsibility if the package gets lost or stolen after delivery, the carrier or Exotic Fragrances will n0ot be responsible and no claim will be made.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Any orders called in, emailed or faxed after 1pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the following business day. Shipping and Handling charges apply to all orders including mailed in money orders or personal checks received orders. There is a slightly higher shipping and handling rate for COD orders. Contact our customer service personnel for shipping quotes.
PERSONAL/COMPANY CHECK ORDERS
Personal checks or company checks are accepted (orders are shipped upon Checks clearing - allow 3 weeks for delivery). Shipping and Handling fees can be determined by REFERING TO THE ORDER FORM ON THE BACK OF THIS CATALOG (excluding priority service). Signature required on prepaid deliveries.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS
Visa, MasterCard, American Express accepted. First time orders or orders over $500.00 dollars will be shipped to billing address ONLY. Bank authorization required for shipping to non billing address. Company Policy.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customer is responsible to check with Custom Regulations on the receiving end if any ordered items are prohibited. If the package is returned to Exotic World of Fragrances, we have the right to credit the charge back excluding the shipping and handling fees. No exceptions! COMPANY POLICY.

Payment for International Orders has to be done by Western Union, Bank transfer (restrictions apply) or International Money Order. Please contact Customer Service if you need detailed information regarding payment of your order.

Shipping and Handling charges can only be determined once we receive the order via FAX, EMAIL or Telephone. We highly recommend you check with customs regulations before receiving your order. Any returns will forfeit shipping and handling charges on charge back. Our customer service representative will contact you with freight charges within 24 hours. No COD service is available for International Orders
SHORTAGE, DAMAGED PACKAGES, SPILLAGE AND BREAKAGE
If you find that your order is short, please notify us immediately (UPON RECEIPT), and we will send a UPS inspector to verify all claims made. Any adjustment(s) that you make with the carrier must have a claim number assigned to it for reference. Do not accept a badly damaged package!!!!! All orders leave our Premises in good condition. Contact UPS IMMEDIATELY (1-800-742-5877) if Damage, Spillage or Breakage has occurred, because our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier. You must have a claim # from the carrier.
RETURNS
Returns sent without our authorization will be discarded and no credit will be given. All claims must be made within 7 days of the invoice date with a claim # from the carrier to speed up the process. All unauthorized returns will be refused. No Credit will be given.
AVAILABILITY INFO
We have a wide inventory of merchandise. It is impossible to list every item. New Items arrive continuously. Stocked and closeouts prices are subject to change without notice. Certain items can be discontinued without notice. Please ask about our Monthly specials. If you have a request, please ask us or visit our website: www.exoticfragrances.com. Please Note: Fragrance Oils will Stain Clothes and Furniture. All fragrances oils sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
FEDERAL & STATE INSTITUTIONS
All deliveries made to federal and state institutions require special regulations for delivery of packages including purchase order forms. It is the customers or third party’s responsibility as to what is prohibited. Any returns will forfeit the shipping and handling charges.
