Returns sent without our authorization will be discarded and no credit will be given. All claims must be made within 7 days of the invoice date with a claim # from the carrier to speed up the process. All unauthorized returns will be refused. No Credit will be given.
All scented products: Lotions,Body Wash, Shower Gel, Reed Diffuser etc are customized blends we formulated, those are our redintions. There is a restocking fee of 20% of the original price that Exotic Fragrances will withold if any of these products are returned

Exotic Fragrances does not give cash refunds. We'll issue a store credit after we have granted authorization. Store credits issued via online store can only be redeem through the website. If you've been issued a store credit through the phone you'll have to redeem the credit on your next phone order.
