Order #183356 March 4, 2024 Reviewer: Wonda from Phoenix AZ   I placed a order for two items that are out of stock. I was notified and asked if I wanted something different. Yes, it was sent but I also ordered labels for the two items that were out of stock. They were not included with my order. Finally I ordered five individual 16 oz. jars of Shea Butter and I received one 5lb bucket instead. Granted it's cheaper this way but Not what my customers are expecting. I paid $20.00 more doing it this way but didn't see an adjustment  on the invoice....can someone contact me? I also concur with Kay from Ohio. Don't make changes to downgrade or cut the quality of your product and then Increase the price. That's not right 😲. Was this review helpful to you?

Loooove this product! January 21, 2024 Reviewer: Nicole W from Port Saint Lucie, Florida   This is my everyday fragrance. I apply a few drops on my neck, shoulders and arms and it lasts ALL day. At least once a week, total strangers ask me what I’m wearing or tell me I smell good. I’ve now saved the link to this product on my phone so I can share it with anyone that asks. Nag Champa January 20, 2024 Reviewer: Rebecca from Ohio   Your or your customers will never smell a better Nag Champa oil than this one. I've sold this version for 25 years and I've never had a hint of anybody not liking it. This gets rave reviews all the time!!! This Nag Champ oil is for getting and keeping lifelong customers.
